Aptum is a managed service provider for hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure. We help mid-market and enterprise organisations run private cloud, public cloud, colocation and dedicated servers as one managed estate under one provider.

The company started in 1996 as Peer 1 Network and has been building and operating infrastructure ever since. We're headquartered in Toronto, we own and run data centres in Canada, the US and the UK, and we support customers in 43 countries.

We work across the whole path. That means assessments and architecture consulting first, then migration, then ongoing management of whatever the answer turns out to be. We're certified across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and we also run private cloud, bare metal and colocation in our own facilities, so a recommendation doesn't have to end with our own platform. Network and security services cover connectivity, cloud on-ramps, managed detection and response, firewalls, DDoS protection and web application firewalls.

Customers see and manage their environments through Aptum Prizm, our management platform, which puts cost, governance and day-to-day operations in one place.

Because we own the facilities, we can commit to where data physically lives. That matters for organisations working under GDPR, the US CLOUD Act, or a Canadian data residency requirement.

Aptum is a portfolio company of DigitalBridge Group (NYSE: DBRG) and was named a Major Player in the IDC MarketScape: Canadian Managed Multicloud Services 2024 Vendor Assessment.
