HaystackAnalytics is a health-tech and clinical genomics company focused on transforming healthcare through Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS), artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, and advanced genomic technologies. The company develops diagnostic solutions that help healthcare professionals identify diseases more accurately, understand complex biological information, and make informed clinical decisions.

Its expertise spans clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, infectious disease diagnostics, genetic testing, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), pharmacogenomics, bioinformatics, and precision medicine. Its solutions address healthcare challenges such as faster diagnosis, comprehensive disease detection, treatment selection, and understanding genetic and infectious diseases.

A key focus is infectious disease diagnostics. HaystackAnalytics uses NGS and genomic analysis to identify pathogens and detect genetic markers associated with antimicrobial resistance. Its DeepChek® portfolio includes genomic solutions for infectious diseases, with DeepChek®-TB designed for tuberculosis testing and genomic analysis, including identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and characterization of drug resistance-associated mutations. These capabilities can provide healthcare professionals with comprehensive information to support diagnosis and treatment decisions.

HaystackAnalytics also works extensively in antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Genomic approaches can identify resistance-associated genetic markers and provide a detailed understanding of infectious organisms. The company's diagnostic technologies are designed to support laboratories and clinicians in obtaining genomic information that can contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and personalized treatment strategies.
