I am a Certified Yoga Trainer from Kaivalyadhama Ashram Lonavala, Pune. Acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with approval from the Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and as Level-3 from the Yoga Certification Board (YCB).

My Journey: I was also taught Yoga in various schools for 5 years during my studies. During this period, I was practicing yoga with my Guru and always practiced Yoga for myself.
