The project required multidisciplinary expertise in oil and gas regulations, master planning, civil engineering, rail infrastructure, and industrial facility design. VAA developed a phased site plan that optimized logistics between truck receiving, rail loading, storage, and pumping operations while ensuring the facility could accommodate future processing capabilities.
