RCDE aimed to provide a high-quality Best diagnostic services including Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Histopathology and Cytology that major requirements of patients and adhere to the standards and regulations mentioned in 2012 and NABL 112. This shall be achieved by:

Developing and implementing standard operating procedures that fulfill the needs and requirements of patients and doctors.
Setting various policies and plains in order to compliment quality policy for the benefit of patients.
Ensure that all laboratory staff members understand the needs of patients & amp; doctor and are well verse with the quality manual, policies and standard operating procedures relevant to their work.
Providing the quality management system that combines the process required for examinations, documentation of these procedures and keeps records that provide evidence of the proper conduct of its activity. Also, being committed to achieving continual quality improvement.
Providing adequate resources for health, safety, respect and welfare of all staff, visitors and patients including compliance with appropriate environmental conditions.
Adhering to professional values in accordance with policies and relevant professional regulations and be committed to good professional practice and conduct.
