​I am a UCSF graduate and Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

For the past 23 years, I've been providing mental health services in non-profit community organizations, hospitals and my own private practice in both Seattle and San Francisco.

I've had the privilege of serving and learning about people from a wide variety of ethnic and religious cultures.

I am a bi-ethnic Bay Area native and out lesbian. I'm also a 70.3 mile Half Ironman triathlete.
