"Yoga and the Yogic Ways have tremendous potential to enrich and enhance the lives of individuals and families alike. It brings the possibility of physical, emotional, and social well-being onto the table breaking the barriers of age, gender, socioeconomic status, and religion. In the 15 years of our work we realized not everyone can spare time for the Teacher Training Courses and hence the decision of Yoga Studios was a natural evolution for Shiva Shakti Yoga."
