"Somewhere between 19thcentury, American diners served their daily specials in ‘blue plate’ symbolizing freshly cooked, reasonably priced meals for the regular customers. The significance of the blue plate was so noticeable that the term “Blue Plate Specials” was created. This inspired us to create “The Blue Plate” for you.
