After traveling to 74 different countries, swimming in 55 different seas and oceans, and taking part in a global yacht cruise, I've had the good fortune to experience the diversity of life. In the Soviet Union's Northern Caucasus, I was born. My career path began in Tajikistan's Field Expedition and continued into Moscow's scientific circles. I finally led the search and development of Western Siberian oil and gas deposits before making the journey to the United States. I discovered the importance of resilience and adaptation along the way, which have been crucial to my quest for long-term health.
